Seems that I'm going through this same issue almost every month now and its beginning to become a bit frustrating. I'm getting a Green connection data feed on the trading & charting platform, yet, I keep receiving a "Downloaded Failed. Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed.", Whenever I try to translate to current symbols and do the rollovers. My problem is not seeing the correct symbols and the volume amount populate on the trading & charting platform. My connection from Sierra Chart to my CQG account is correct. I have the Advanced features of which Package 11 is the equivalent to give me the external connectivity and access to real-time data. And, under "Available Services": Denali Exchange Data Feed Service (Optional): 1.(Checked GREEN)- The Denali Data Feed is included with your current Service Package. Documentation: Denali Exchange Data Feed Documentation: Teton Order Routing Service Denali Exchange Data Feed NASDAQ Exchange (Optional): 1.(Checked GREEN)--The Denali Data Feed is active. 2.[Todo] NASDAQ Exchange Agreements 3.[Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [NASDAQ] Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional): 1.(Checked GREEN) The Denali Data Feed is active. 2.(Checked GREEN) CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchange Agreements 3.[Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX] Denali Exchange Data Feed EUREX Exchanges (Optional): Sierra Chart version 2223 or higher required to use this data feed. 1.(Checked GREEN) The Denali Data Feed is active. 2.[Todo] EUREX Exchange Agreements 3.[Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [EUREX] Denali Exchange Data Feed CFE (VIX) Exchanges (Optional): Sierra Chart version 2223 or higher required to use this data feed. 1.(Checked GREEN) The Denali Data Feed is active. 2.[Todo] CFE Exchange Agreements 3.[Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CFE (VIX)] I really don't know what else to do. According to my knowledge it seems about right. |
