Just renewed my service package 10 data yesterday. Logged in today and got all charts to fill with data to the minute, however, the data is not continuous. I can delete and download to get current data, but no more after that. Please advise settings and their location to fix this problem. I am a long time user of Sierra Charts. Note: I am running windows 10 on the problem computer and I know it had an update this past weekend. I had to modify my Advanced Internet settings in my control panel to check on TLS 1.0 , 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, in order for my Infinity Futures Log on page to work. My windows 7 machine is operating normally on Sierra currently and data is continuous. Thanks you, Frank Chapman |
