The problem relates to using Interactive Brokers. Tell us the exact symbol of the chart you are using at this time.

The problem probably relates to this:

*Important Notice*: Interactive Brokers Symbol Changes

Select Edit >> Cancel Intraday Data Downloads.

Make sure the symbol of the chart is correct and matches what the new symbol is in File >> Find Symbol.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
