This is definitively nonstandard. We can only help you access market data in an instance of Sierra Chart connected to our own data feeds. Or if you are using a sub instance of Sierra Chart run through File >> New Instance. It is not possible to access market data from one instance of Sierra Chart into another instance, due to restrictions required by exchanges. We cannot help with Rithmic market data issues. We just simply do not do that.
