1. You can have simulation mode on at all times. You do not need to turn it off to verify your account. All you need is to be connected as you currently are. 2. Since you are using a continuous Contract, it is going to take a long time to initially download the data, as it is needing to get data for multiple contracts. The length of time will depend on how many days you have selected to load. This should improve after the initial download, but it will still take some time to load all the contracts for a single chart. We recommend using SSD drives in order to eliminate data bottlenecks with the drives. 3. By default, on your Chart Header line (the line at the top of the chart) is an item that says DD:. This stands for Data Delay. It will give you the information on whether you data is delayed or real-time.
