You can always see the status of your account by going to the Account Control Panel page on our website. You can get there by selecting Help >> Account Control Panel from within your Sierra Chart software, which will also log you in using the Account Name and Password you used to login to the Sierra Chart software. Or you can select the following link and login manually: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php From there, you will see that you have $40.00 in your Services Surplus. Since you are not using any of our data feeds, you do not need to make another payment until March 10, 2022. At that time, your account will be debited for $36.00 (1 month of package 5), which would then leave you with $4.00 in your account. After that, you would need to "top up" in order to have enough funds for the next renewal. ---------------------- We are not sure what is happening with regards to your connection, as there is not an image for us to look at. The one thing to keep in mind, is that depending on your trading service, you may not be able to connect after hours. Therefore, if your message was posted late enough on Friday, it may be that it was after the close on Friday and your trading service is not taking connections.
