Your Sierra Chart Services Surplus increases when you add funds via PayPal, or any other method. For instance, on September 7, 2021, you made a payment of $130.00 via PayPal. But, you then selected the button on the Available Services page for Update and Renew Now multiple times. In so doing, you told the system to add the additional time to your account and to remove the requisite amount of money from your account. You did this 5 times at a cost of $36.00 per time for a total of $180.00 being removed from your account, but your Usage End Date is now March 10, 2022. service connection error message please help
We need more information on what exactly you are seeing and the particular issue. We do see that you are using the old Rithmic interface, which could be the problem. We definitely recommend using the new interface, as we do not know whether Rihtmic is still supporting the old interface and we will definitely be stopping support for it soon.
