Hello, I have just switched from CQG routing + Denali to Rithmic routing + Denali (leaving market/historical data blank in 'Data/Trade Service Settings'). My orders (EUREX) are being rejected. My broker asked me to contact you. It looked to them like EUREX is rejecting my orders. In their opinion, this might be a Rithmic/SC issue. I am not sure how, but I am in their hands here... I have sent you the log directly, should it assist (is this perhaps me setting something up wrong - I followed: Rithmic Trading Platform Service). I have tried switching between real/sim back and forth and that did not help. Many thanks |
