Hello, I had an issue before where couldn't run sierra seem to run sierra charts on two computers( not for trading one just for data via denali) and John Sc support showed the forced login option which worked. I am back to the same issue after updating where one machine works fine via sierra chart (sc data) services however the machine i use for trading connected to cqg keeps giving me the following message in the sub instance and freezez up the platform : SC Data - All Services | Server protocol version: 8. Client protocol version: 8 | 2021-07-09 08:40:00.596 SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2021-07-09 08:40:00.596 SC Data - All Services | Waiting for socket receive thread to end | 2021-07-09 08:40:00.596 DTC Client socket (2) | CloseSocket call. | 2021-07-09 08:40:00.611 SC Data - All Services | Disconnected from the server. | 2021-07-09 08:40:00.611 SC Data - All Services | Data feed disconnected. Will reconnect in 5 seconds. | 2021-07-09 08:40:00.611 Please help. thank you |
