Chart is not updating or downloading correctly. I'm currently connected through Rithmic Paper Trading - Chicago Area - Aggregated. When I load up the chart NQU1-CME, it will give me two errors: 1) Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not specified. 2) Download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for NQU1-CME. Exchange not specified. Then I refer to the documentation and see that okay.. maybe the symbol is in the wrong format. I click File -> Find symbol and click on NQU1.CME. This should fix the problem but then I get this error: Download Failed. Error downloaded historical intraday data for NQU1.CME. no data. This problem DOES NOT happen when I am connected through the old Rithmic Trading w/ the Rithmic DTC bridge. The symbol format is in the old NQU1-CME and the chart loads completely fine.
