We see that you did have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active back in April, but it expired on May 1, 2021. This is why you are not getting the real-time data for JKS (and other stock data). If you want to get this data again, you will need to activate the data feed and activate the exchanges you want. Basically, you will need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, except that you do NOT need to redo the agreements. Refer to the instructions here:

We also see that you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active for data from the CME, but you have not connected to your trading account in awhile, therefore you do not have access to the real-time data. Be sure you connect to your trading account by following these instructions:
