We do apologize for not tracking down the order in post #5 and examining it. If you are doing any new orders and have an issue let us know and we will look at those.

Regarding post #7 it sounds like you are using the internal Trade Simulation Mode? This is the case if this option is enabled:
Trade Menu: Trade Simulation Mode On (Trade menu)
