None of this is making any sense: Now I'm extremely frustrated ..Can you please explain how the symbol NGN21-CME becomes "utes" while the chart book is closed.
This makes no sense whatsoever. It is not Sierra Chart causing the problem at all. We want you to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and do not change it. Do not use any custom studies at this point in time. Refer to: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode This is not worth the trouble and we cannot continue to help with problems caused by these studies which must be the source of the issue at this point or you had change the symbol to that. Something is causing the issues you are having and it is not Sierra Chart. Do not use any custom studies at all any longer. And also disable custom symbols values by disabling this option: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) No longer use any custom symbol settings.
