There is nothing that you have displayed that shows whether a bar is an Up bar or a Down bar. The relative position of the bar to the previous bar does not give you the information you need. You need to know where the Open and Close of the bar are located. To do this, you can turn on the Open/Close Markers for the Numbers Bars which would give you the indicator you are looking for.
