You have access to the SPX500 CFD information as part of your Sierra Chart package. You will find the symbol under the section for CFD - FXCM in Find Symbol. Otherwise, if you want the actual $SPX index (CBOE S&P 500 Index), then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange.
