What we are seeing is that the buttons change when you change between the Charts, as each chart has its own Trading Window with different values set for the Quantity Buttons. In particular, you have values of [1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6] for your quantity buttons for the ESU21-CME chart, but you have values of [10,000; 20,000; 30,000; 40,000; 50,000; 60,000] for the CLN21-NYMEX chart. The reason why it happens when you click in the window, from what we see, is simply because you have your windows floating, therefore when you click in the chart window, you are then changing the chart to that one and then the quantities are updating for that change in the chart.
