I remember there is an option to pay an additional $10 and be able to use Sierra charts at 4 different computers. Is it possible to use the software simultaneously at least at two PCs with different locations?
By default, you are allowed to use Sierra Chart on two different computers are the same time (there is no limit on how many instances you can have on a single computer). There are some accounts (such as yours) which are defaulted to 3 systems. If you want to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed to two different computers at the same time, then you would need to pay for a second set of exchange fees.
