Here is the error from your Installer Log: Error writing to file: C:\SierraChart\DownloadedInstallationFiles\SierraChart_64.exe. Error: Windows error code 112: Es steht nicht genug Speicherplatz auf dem Datenträger zur Verfügung.
This error states that there is not enough disk space available. So you would need to free up some disk space in order to perform the installation. Refer to the following for help with clearing out disk space related to Sierra Chart: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency In particular, note step 7 in the above that gives you the information for deleting the files.
