Thanks John, so just to confirm Package 11 (46USD) should be sufficient? Please bare with me.
1. I pay and activate P11 2. Change DATA / Trade Service Settings to SC DATA Sorry, but you have us a bit confused. If you are going to use the CQG data, then you would NOT use Package 11, you would need to change to Package 5 and deactivate any exchanges you have active. If you are going to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then just leave the data setup as it is. Right now you are setup to get the NYMEX Top-of-Book data from us. If you want to add additional exchanges, then you would do so from here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed I also tried executing a quick test trade on my LIVE account, as soon as the trade starts it switches over to SIM. Trade log says NO ACCOUNT SPECIFIED. So I am not sure as the DOM does have my live account selected.
This is because you have set your Service selection to SC Data - All Services. Since you are setup to trade through CQG, you will still want to have your Current Selected Service set to CQG, as this tells the system that is where your trading account is. To setup to trade through CQG, follow these Setup Instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions When you are done with the above, you just need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to the CQG symbols. ------------------- As to the issue with the second instance and trading, it is normal for the second instance to not be in Simulation Mode, but then be sending the information to the primary instance which is in Simulation mode. That is not an issue. When you are in live trading, if you want to trade from both, then both instances would need to not be in Simulation mode.
