Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

On a separate note, we see that you have activated multiple exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group which are redundant to each other. For instance, you have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts which gives you all the data available, so you would not need any other exchange options. So you will want to determine what exactly you want to keep and deactivate the others. Note that the exchanges do not give refunds, so we are unable to refund the payments you made for the extra exchanges.
