If you have just cancelled exchange services with AMP, then you should still be using CQG for your order routing. In order to get the basic Market Depth information, you do not need the MBO data. The MBO gives you the individual orders that make up the sum of the Market Depth that you will see when looking at the basic Market Depth data.
