First, we are unable to extend your trial, as we see that you have used the full 15 days of time available. Once your trial is complete, you will need to purchase a Sierra Chart package to continue to use the software. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions As to the Numbers Bars, the first thing to check is that you are storing the data as Tick-by-Tick, otherwise you will not be able to see the full information. Refer to the setting here: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Although you may also want to consider using our data feeds which are guaranteed to give you the tick-by-tick data you need for the Numbers Bars. And we have historical tick-by-tick data going back 10 years for the CME Group data.
