Dear Sir, I'm a new user of Sierra chart from India. I'm using interactive brokers live data feed. While I'm able to setup the charts to work with IB feed. the number bars are not working properly and they are showing completely different data as compared to the actual trades. I'll be creating a sperate ticket on the support board to seek resolution of the issue.. I'm really impressed by the features of Sierra chart and would like to continue using it but i need a little more time to set it up. May i request you to kindly extend my trial period by another 30 days so i can get the Number bars to work properly. Regards Amit |
