It is not possible for us to know what the issue is but it most definitively is not a problem within Sierra Chart. Maybe you had Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode enabled in Sierra Chart. You should have looked at the Trade >> Trade Orders Window and Trade Positions Window to see the orders and positions there.
