On the second system from which you sent this Message Log, you have the Current Selected Service set to Interactive Brokers, but the Interactive Brokers software is not running on that system. Since it is not able to connect to the trading service, it is not connecting to the real-time data either. The easy solution is to get the Interactive Brokers software running on that machine as well as the other one. If there are issues with being able to run Interactive Brokers on multiple machines and you can not find a solution, then that second system would need to be used for Charting only, in which case you would need to change the Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. If you do make the change to the service setting, then you will want to also open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service after you make the change. You will then have different symbols that you use in the system connected to IB versus the one not connected. But you will be able to get the real-time data into both.
