The CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, that you have a live, funded, futures trading account. One of the steps that we go through to ensure this is the case is that we ask for your Broker/Clearing Firm and your Account Number on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. If you do not enter this information, but you are claiming to be a Non-Professional, then the agreements are rejected. This is what is happening in your case. For more information on the CME Group Requirement, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Note that the EUREX does not have this requirement, so you were able to not enter the information and still have your agreement accepted. Do you have a futures trading account, and if so with what broker? We just want to make sure that it is compatible with our system so we can make the electronic check to continue to satisfy the CME Group each month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
