The issue that you are having is that you need to connect to your live trading account in order to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group.

If you are with AMP, then they should have you setup to use CQG for your order routing with Sierra Chart. If you are not sure, then check with AMP and find out how you are setup with them. If it is CQG, then you should have a set of login credentials. Once you have those, follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

If you are going to stay connected to your CQG account in order to trade, then open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change your symbols to the CQG symbols. You are then ready to use Sierra Chart for your trading with your AMP account.

If you are not going to stay connected to CQG, as you are just using Sierra Chart for your charting, then after you complete the connection to CQG, you can change your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. You will then need to remember to connect to your CQG account at least once a month. Refer to the instructions here:
