We stopped technical support for Rithmic a long time ago. But Rithmic decided to implement a new interface for us, and we have worked with them to validate the interface and that it will work for us. So once that new interface is available, we will support it and hence support Rithmic again. But, we are still waiting on Rithmic to release the new interface. We keep hoping that it will be soon, but that is all we can say. It is up to them at this point.
