We feel like you are forcing customers to take your Denali feed. Yes this has been planned for EUREX and communicated to users for about three months now, but it has not been implemented. If this has come unexpectedly, then you have ignored that notice. Why?However, due to an oversight on our part, it was implemented for CQG users on the CQG side, but there may be a billing issue where you are still getting billed for EUREX for June from your broker. We have contacted AMP and CQG regarding this. If you have been billed, for the exchange fee for June, then we will have the EUREX data restored from CQG. We have already contacted them about this.
