You can try using the Forced Login option on the system for which you are having a problem. This will ensure that your local system is updated with the information from our servers, so if the other system is, in fact, disconnected, then this should resolve it. Follow these instructions:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login

If that does not work, then you would need to ensure that the other system is completely disconnected. If it is, then follow the same Forced Login procedure on the other system and then exit completely out of the system. This will ensure that our servers are updated properly with the status of that system.

You can be logged in on one system that is using CQG data and another system that is the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But on the CQG system, you would have to have the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to No.

We suspect that you are not setup to get the CQG data, and that you are getting the Denali Exchange Data Feed to both locations. Again, as long as you are completely logged out of one when you go to the other, then you are fine. But if you do not, then you will not be able to get the Denali data to the second computer as long as the first one is still connected.
