John, I am confused. I am user158665 and I open today Sierra chart and the charts were not loading. So I went back to my old account (this one) and just paid for the Package 11 and it still not working. So now I dont know what to do. My other account is connected to AMP, this one is not connected to any firm. If I had to pay for the platform, I rather pay in this one, but now I cannot find a way to use it. I am lost. 2 accounts, none is working. |
