You are currently on Package 11 with the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" exchange activated. Even if you do not trade from Sierra Chart, the issue is that the CME Group requires that you have a funded trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Right now, you are fine until April 16, 2021, as your AMP account took care of establishing your non-professional status. But, after that date, you will need to connect to an account. If you are staying with AMP, then they should set you up with CQG for Order Routing. In which case, you would follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you go to a different broker, then how you connect will depend on what service you are using. In the meantime, you should go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and set the Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. The open your Chartbooks (if not already open) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will allow you to continue to use Sierra Chart until you connect to your new broker.
