It is under Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global >> Colors and Widths (tab). That is the section of the documentation that Ackin had referenced you to. Just be aware that if you are using chart specific coloring, then you will need to make the change in Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart >> Colors and Widths (tab).
