We can assure you 110%, that the problem is not within Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart does not have some old account information. Sierra Chart connects to Zen-Fire using the Username and Password you have specified in the Data/Trade Service Settings window. Sierra Chart connects to the Zen-Fire system using Rithmic software. This is blackbox software which we do not control. Ninja does not use the same software. It is this software which IDs your system and it is the trading platform backend which is blocking the connection based upon the ID. Your broker should be familiar with these details.
