Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Enable Enable FIX Logging. If you already have this enabled, then send the latest log file which is going to be in the Logs subfolder in the folder where Sierra Chart is installed on your system, to support _ AT _Sierra Chart.com.
