ive been trying a new brokerage (zenfire). the demo data license expired and the firm gave me a new uid and pwd which i changed in the data trade services under file menu. now cant seem to connect. the message log seems to indicate a problem with the 'target sever' giving this message in the log; Error connecting socket: Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | 2013-08-12 10:18:04 this would indicate to me the problem is on their end. please confirm or if there is anything else i should do to reconnect successfully. |
