We understand. The problem is that it is intermittent, it is not something we can reproduce, we do not have access to your TWS log files and do not fully understand them anyway, we only have 2 users reporting this out of many Interactive brokers users. Also we have little idea what would've changed that would cause a problem. If there was something we did which would cause a problem, around the time of that particular change we would have many people reporting it. We never did. However, we are going to try a couple of changes to see if it will help. One thing we can clearly see is that recently there has been some changes to TWS with the getting of position data which is causing some problems. This has been an issue for some users.
