Also, there is no need to restart Sierra Chart. What you can do instead is select File >> Disconnect and then File >> Connect to Data Feed to reestablish the connection to TWS. We recommend contacting Interactive Brokers about this problem: api@interactivebrokers.com They will need to get your TWS log file. They can provide you instructions to provide that.
