HELLO, I GOT SOME CHARTBOOKS FROM INTUITIVE TRADING INSTITUTE (iSIGMA) AND IT USE TO OPEN NORMALLY. TODAY AFTER SO MANY MONTHS I TRIED TO OPEN IN MY NEW LAPTOP AFTER TRANSFERRING ALL FILES, IT IS SAYING THAT THE FILE IS INCOMPATIBLE AND I HAVE TO CONTACT YOU GUYS TO CONVERT THOSE FILES.KINDLY HELP ME TO RESOLVE THESE PROBLEM.
