I have attached the image below, the left side is normal and the right side is weird. The settings remain the same. The delta bar color has also changed.

There are no changes with Sierra Chart regarding the Volume by Price study. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location. This won't work - none of the study settings have changed, there is only a software version difference.

The two items you are pointing to in the images do not look like they are from the same time. The TPOs for those items, along with the other TPOs are different, and hence so are the Volume by Price profiles. There have been no changes in the TPO and Volume by Price profiles that would cause a change like this between those versions. There is something else going on. We would need to see images of those two versions for the entire chart including the time scale.
