Hello Support-Team, if i use the study "Trading System Based on Alert Condition" the trade service log pops up with the following failed message. It happens when the system adds 1 more lot (Scale-In mode is on with an attached order) - but just if it is conntect to a trading-service. In replay and SIM mode the "modification failed" message doesn´t happen (same settings). Why does it happen ? And what´s the solution ? 2024-10-30 12:14:37.722 | Scale-In: Increasing quantity of child order by 1 due to order fill of the same side. | Symbol: MNQZ4.CME | TradeAccount: XXXXXXXX | InternalOrderID: 260 | ServiceOrderID: 43156569 | Current Status: Open 2024-10-30 12:14:37.722 | Scale-In: Increasing quantity of child order by 1 due to order fill of the same side. | Symbol: MNQZ4.CME | TradeAccount: XXXXXXXX | InternalOrderID: 261 | ServiceOrderID: 43156570 | Current Status: Open 2024-10-30 12:14:37.836 | Order modification failed | Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order cancel/replace reject). We do not know why it happens. The solution is that you need to contact Rithmic for help with this. We cannot help at all with it. No help at all.
