Hello, Why I am receiving this error ? We see two different computers both connected at the same time, and both are showing the same IP address, therefore they are within the same network environment (i.e. they are both at your house or workplace). You need to exit from Sierra Chart on the system that you are not actively using. Hello, I am absolutely not trying to get connected two times using same broker from same IP address or not running extra connection before attempting new connection. Please investigate it further and in short term how to kill orphan connection if this is a false signal?
