John, You may remember that I have often asked you about the Brazilian futures exchange Bovespa, and getting data. You said that SC doesn't want to support that data. I have been asked by someone who is a huge market maker in their interest rate market if they would be willing to pay you to support it, might you be interested in listing it? thank you for your time, Karen |

Really for exchanges like this, we recommend users use CQG for that. CQG is supported by Sierra Chart.

Sorry to ask more questions but are you saying if I signed up to cqg I could have sierra chart as my charting platform on top of the data? Right now, I am with Edge and Teton feed, but if this firm (which desperately wants my analysis of the Brazilian rates market) pays me to get a CQG feed and another licensee for SC, will I be able to add the custom studies that sit on your server from Prop A to this set-up? I have no need for access to trade; I just need the data and my beloved Sierra to make my charts. Thanks, guys, let me know if that is so and I will get this in motion. Karen |

Yes, you can connect to CQG and get the BMF data from them. We just do not support data for The CME Group and EUREX from CQG - other data you can get from them. You would need a separate installation of Sierra Chart in order to connect to that CQG account. Refer to the following: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, Edge/Phillip Cap whilst having CQG data does not carry the B3 exchange from Brazil as it is too niche. I rang CQG directly and they said they can't just supply data unless I use their interface, but that's useless as I can't use SC on top of it... Someone suggested Trading Tech data. But isn't TT a software company or could I get data from them, and then and get a license from you to put on top? God this is confusing. All I want is to be able to chart the B3 futures using SC. Any suggestions? Karen |

Did you check with DTN IQ Feed? They may have B3. Sierra Chart does support DTN IQ Feed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. The other option is finding a broker that does support CQG with B3. You would need to have a separate installation of Sierra Chart to connect to CQG anyway, so if the broker does not matter to you for this data, then you can find a broker that does this and use them for that B3 data.
