I haven't used Sierra Chart in a few weeks due to holiday.
Today I loaded my charts up but the data seemed to stop downloading at around 10:30 (Eastern) and it wasn't showing live data for any of the symbols I was trying to load (ES / NQ).

I have tried the following:
- Disconnecting / Reconnecting
- Checking my account, all seems up to date with no outstanding charges
- Connected to CQG to ensure my live data was connected etc, it may have been more than a month since I have done this
- I tried to convert the symbol but got the attached error.
- I went back to the Rithmic data provider and tried to delete data and re-download, this hasn't worked and has deleted the data back to the end point I chose

I will upload my message log referencing the ticket name and date / username.

I'm sorry this was an oversight on my side - in my account settings it appeared everything was up to date but my datafeed had expired.
I will renew this and I imagine it will solve the issue..
