good morning I paid for the package 5 few days ago and when i open the sierra platform it shows me "on the top left" not connected, i even updated the platformed by downloading the current version but it still does not work |

The account you have posted from is expired. If this is the same account that you are using for your Sierra Chart software, then this is why you are having an issue. The last payment to this account was made on August 2, 2024 and the Usage Time from that purchase has passed. If you have made another payment, it it not showing in your account. If you are certain the payment was made to this account, then we need to know what option you used to make the payment on our Payments page. We can then dig deeper into why it is not showing. i made a payment the 8 September with stripe using my debit card. I added the money into my Siera balance then, i purchased the package 5 (36 usd).

The account you show in the image (wilhem) is not the account you are posting from (wilhem19). You have multiple Sierra Chart accounts. Make sure you use the correct one.
