unable to connect data feed

Hi Sierra Chart engineers,

All week I have not been able to connect to data feed, I keep having this message:
''Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM. | Date-Time: 2024-09-06''
I have also made contact with CQG

I have been using Sierra Chart and CQG for years now and this is the first time i'm having this issue.

What would be the problem here please?

You need to contact your broker. They have turned off your CQG account.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

Thank you for the information,I have done the above, while I'm now waiting for AMP to activate my new Teton order routing.
