I activated the data service for equities. However, I'm getting this Exact match not found for symbol error. Please help. See screenshot. I realize yesterday was a holiday. However, Sierra should still be able to load historical data right? The problem right now is there is no matching symbol even after I update the symbol list from server! See the screenshot in previous post. Thanks K |

That will happen when using CQG. You can safely disregard that error message. The historical data downloads should have completed and be updating in real time.
