Equities Data not working

I activated the data service for equities. However, I'm getting this Exact match not found for symbol error. Please help.
See screenshot.

I realize yesterday was a holiday. However, Sierra should still be able to load historical data right? The problem right now is there is no matching symbol even after I update the symbol list from server! See the screenshot in previous post. Thanks

That will happen when using CQG. You can safely disregard that error message.


The historical data downloads should have completed and be updating in real time.
