Hello, I recently switched to Teton from CQG. The DOM at times works fast and then suddenly freezes and when it starts moving again, it is at a whole different price levels. Also, my stops or targets get taken out even if they are about 5-10 points away from the price I see on the DOM. Can you tell how to fix this. My refresh rate for chart update is at 100ms, I changed it to 200ms but it hasn't helped. Thank you, |

With regards to data freezes, refer to the following: Prices / Data Falling Behind Also, you may want to go through the items at the following link: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often -- With regards to a Stop or Target closing out a position when you did not expect it to, refer to the following for Simulation mode: Trade Simulation: How Orders are Filled If this was a live trade, then you would need to check with the exchange on what occurred with your particular trade. You can get the Service Order ID from your Trade Activity Log. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
