Hi When I use the Parallel Lines tool and change the line type it completely freezes my computer causing me to have to reset it. I've done it several times to confirm, happens every time. Just using the Parallel Lines is fine only happens when I change line type |

Hi, it happens when I change to dash or dot, haven't tried others. Not sure what OpenGL is sorry...

Check this setting: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) Let us know how it is set. Provide us the chart, following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart with the parallel lines, on that chart in the state just before you change the Line Style and then we will try to reproduce. Make sure to save the Chartbook (File >> Save) before attaching it. Also this is a very unusual problem. It is something that we do not hear about.
