Sierra chart not responding.

Hi,
when i open up my chartbook the sierra chart shows "Waiting to download historical data" and then after sometime it shows not responding.
the chartbook used to work properly before.

"Waiting to download historical data" is a proper message when there is data that needs to be downloaded, so there is nothing odd with this.

But what exactly do you mean by it shows "not responding"? Are you getting some kind of message that states this? Or is the system simply not responding?

If the system is not responding, is it just that you are not seeing new data coming in, or can you not select any menu items? Please give us specifics of what is occurring.
